About

St.Eustatius Telecommunication Company

St.Eustatius Telecommunication Company (“Eutel N.V.”) is a government-owned telecom provider, established in 1976 to offer local telephone services. This entity was managed by Landsradio Telecommunicatiedienst Nederlandse Antillen (later incorporated as Antelecom N.V.), from 1976 thru 2004.

In 2004 the management agreement was dissolved and Eutel was managed locally. Since that date, the company has made some significant strides in Telecommunication, from the first broadband wireless system to the first IP Packetized Telecom Switch, to the introduction of IPTV in 2019.

Since 2016 management has been focused on improving the network itself which by then had not seen any upgrades/ improvements for more than 30 years. Important upgrades were the introduction of VDSL and Fiber-to-Home.

Eutel is dedicated to providing customer satisfaction at one touch, for one community reaching out to one world. In order to achieve this, we work together with innovative partners to provide our community with one-touch communication worldwide.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
As an important part of St. Eustatius’ economy, Eutel works hard (with the help of the Government) to deliver quality and affordable service to our customers thus helping to promote our culture and community. Aside from that we also contribute through donations which for 2020 have a special focus on our senior citizens.
