With the introduction of our IPTV in 2019, EU-TV, we have bundled our voice, internet, and EU-TV services for your convenience and cost-benefit. This means that you are paying one (1) price for three (3) services. Your monthly calls will be added to your bundle package subscription fee.

The services are no longer viewed as separate services nor can they be paid as separate services. They can also not be suspended as separate services. Failure to pay your bundle monthly fee will result in the disconnection of all three (3)services.

Pricing for STB (Setup TV Box) :

One-time STB fee of $ 50.00 per box
For each additional STB a recurring monthly charge of $10.00

For existing subscribers who already have a voice and internet subscription $60.00

For new customers wanting a pre-paid subscription $ 256.00 (includes 3 months advance prepaid telephony subscription)
For new customers wanting a post-paid subscription 385.00 (includes phone deposit)

From the January 2021 till December 2021 invoice, the “Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat” will provide a Corona allowance of USD 35.00 p/m per subscriber. This allowance or “discount” will be automatically deducted from your monthly bill.

The subscriber fees mentioned below are excluding any discounts.

Pre-Paid & Senior Citizens

With a Prepaid subscription, you pay your phone and call credit beforehand. To place calls, you can top up your credit at anytime during office hours.

Prepaid subscriptions renews at the end of the prepaid term.This means that if you initially subscribed for a one (1) month subscription, it would renew at the end of the month.

Post-Paid (local only)

Post-Paid is a hassle-free telephony option whereby you do not have to worry about recharging your account to make calls. On post-paid plans, you will be billed based on usage at the end of each month.

So your monthly bill will include your monthly subscription amount, and charges for all calls you made during the month.
